Foeder for Thought is a celebration of oak fermentation. This is one of the most unique and intimate festivals during Tampa Bay Beer Week. On Friday, March 11th (the day before Hunahpu’s Day 2016) from 5pm till close we’ll be offering unlimited samples of oak fermented craft beer on draft and in bottle format, along with music, food trucks and more! Try the beers with the creators of the brands/breweries and learn from them the who, what, why and how of what they’re doing. You get to hang out with the people that made these beers! And you get to experience, directly from them, their passion for these kinds of beers. 6 PM – Yazoo’s Embrace the Funk series and interview/Q&A with Brandon Jones, who runs their sour program and is the Founder of Embrace the Funk. 7 PM – Almanac and we’ll have Jessie Friedman, the Founder and Brewmaster of Almanac, available for an interview/Q&A. 8 PM – Jester King, and we’ll have Jeffery Stuffings, Ron Extract, and their whole crew available for a live interview/Q&A. 9 PM – Fonta Flora, where Todd Boera will have an interview/Q&A, dropping dope knowledge. 10 PM – Side Project, and we’ll have Cory King, Fonder/Brewer, available for a live interview/Q&A.
