Let’s play at Kid’s Yoga Theater at Body Electric in awesome Downtown St. Pete! The mother-daughter team of Tracy and Cassidy Brooks combine the joys of yoga with the fun of theater. We use yoga poses, theater games, and stories to create a safe and welcoming space for kids to be themselves. Appropriate for toddlers through elementary school. Parents/caregivers are welcome to participate with their kiddos, and encouraged to do so with the very wee ones.
Kid’s Yoga Theater class is FREE for the children of BE members with unlimited packages (auto-debit, monthly, or yearly memberships), and is half-price ($7) otherwise.
Tracy and Cassidy Brooks are a mother-daughter teaching team with a passion for combining theater and yoga and sharing the many gifts of both with children.
Cassidy has been acting for nine years, wholeheartedly devoting herself to the world of the stage. For the past three years she’s been teaching and helping others unleash their dramatic potential, while also building up her yoga practice.
Tracy is an alternative healer, writer, and seasoned yoga teacher. She has gratefully been connected to yoga for over forty years. She is a homeschooling mom to four amazing kids, ranging in age from five to 29. She credits her time on the mat as her greatest parenting gift, and believes yoga to be soul nourishment for parents and kids. (Translation: yoga has kept her fairly sane and kept her husband and kiddos, dog and cat, bird, etc. alive all of these years.)
