Andy the owner of Urban Brew and BBQ certainly lives and breaths his company’s mission and values. Everytime I’m at my wedding venue NOVA 535 Unique Event Space giving a new prospective client a tour, especially when they are from Tampa or out of town, and they mention that they are hungry – I push them to try Andy’s spot. His BBQ is ALWAYS amazing!! And after bringing MANY of my friends and associates there and using Urban Brew and BBQ repeatedly for catering at NOVA 535, they always deliver that finger licking delicious taste and full belly satisfaction that you want and get from their world-class BBQ.

I mean read some of these descriptions from their website:

Urban Mac ‘N’ Cheese – To put it simply, we’re proud of our mac ‘n’ cheese. We don’t cook it until you order it and it’s served in the skillet it’s baked in. There are three cheeses; Smoked Gouda, Parmesan, Cheddar. And if that isn’t enough we throw in some Prosciutto and top it with a crispy bread crumb topping.

Slow Smoked Pull Pork – Before we put the bone-in pork shoulder in the smoker we remove the fat cap and trim as much fat as possible to create the perfect consistency. After smoking for 8 hours the meat is hand-pulled, never chopped. We recommend the tangy sauce.

Baby Back Ribs, 1/2 or full rack – Our ribs are neatly trimmed and liberally doused with our house rub – a nice, balanced blend with a little kick of spice. They’re smoked and cooked and allowed to rest to ensure they fall off the bone but don’t dry out. Eat them dry or choose from one of our three sauces.
