The Duncan McClellan Gallery will present “Minnesota Makers” featuring Thomas Maras and Todd Cameron, two young and accomplished glass artists from Minnesota. They will give a free, collaborative glassblowing demonstration at the Duncan McClellan Gallery from noon to 1pm. At 3pm, they will lecture at the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg. One of our country’s most accomplished guitar makers and restorers, Jeffrey Elliott will discuss “Forensic Lutherie: Behind the Scenes of Historical Guitar Restoration.” Lutherie refers to the crafting of stringed instruments, including the guitar.
